The 'Onda' shaped Yoga block compared to a standard Yoga brick has more of a curved shape and features 2 concaves on 2 sides for more comfortable support of arms and legs.

Our cork yoga block helps the user to gain extra support to their hips, neck, arms and back to help improve balance, strength and posture. With the use of this block, yoga is much more of an accessible type of exercise for those experiencing any physical limitations such as injury.
